1. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer a variety of shipping options for domestic orders. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination. You will be able to see the shipping options and rates at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen at checkout:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

4. Shipping Carriers

  • We use trusted shipping carriers, including USPS, and UPS . The carrier used will be determined based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order directly from your account on our website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

7. Order Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at info@saphireessentials.co within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
