Return Policy
You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, except for body care products, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Items must be in their original, unused condition. To initiate a return, contact us at info@saphireessenials.co.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defective product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receipt of the returned item.
1. Eligibility: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for our body care products, including the Net Sponge. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective Net Sponge, please contact us immediately at info@saphireessentials.co. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Exceptions: Our return policy does not apply to sale items or gift cards.
4. Refunds: If your return is accepted, we will notify you and process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
